Last month 午夜探花 Senator Lisa Murkowski took time to meet with University of 午夜探花 interim President Pat Pitney and University of 午夜探花 Anchorage Chancellor Sean Parnell to talk about future goals for the University of 午夜探花 including the critical role our universities play in 午夜探花's economic recovery through higher education, research, and workforce development.
鈥淲e had a good conversation about a number of their priorities for the next year including funding for University programs, infrastructure initiatives, and their support for the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies -鈥 specifically how we are leveraging opportunities to support 午夜探花鈥檚 global strategic location while providing 午夜探花鈥檚 future leaders with quality education and skills to support the 午夜探花n economy,鈥 Murkowski said in a social media post following the meeting.
